Shamanic womb healing is an ancient healing ceremony originating from the Spanish Mountains.

A deep femanine healing ceremony that helps  release emotional blockages, stored ancestral trauma and patterns, pain, and restores creativity, helps to recall your femanine essence,  to reconnect with your cosmic portal, aligning you with your heart and womb energy.

Kinetic Chain Release Practitioner (KCR), & Connective Tissue 1 (CT1) and PE Postural Energetics.  Trained with Mark Harris, KCR Academy.

The Gold Standard Bodywork Protocol Kinetic Chain Release is a system of medically and scientifically approved gentle mobilisations and stretches as developed by Scottish Physiotherapist Hugh Gilbert.

Step into a world where myth and nature entwine. Our path leads to the  Holy Well in Brecon, a place of ancient whispers and timeless magic. Known as the Lovers’ Sacred Well, this hidden spring is steeped in Celtic legend and said to have been graced by Morgan Le Fay herself.

Feel the soft earth beneath your feet as you wander through serene woodland, the air alive with the scent of moss and wildflowers. Hear the gentle murmur of water as it flows from the sacred well, carrying secrets of centuries past and take part in a water blessing or follow ancient traditions and bring a pin of you choice to throw into the well, to make a wish to manifest your sacred lover.

Riverside Sauna & Cold-Water Swim

After your sauna session, take a refreshing plunge in the river Usk for an invigorating cold-water swim—a natural way to boost circulation, reduce stress, and leave you feeling energised.
